Creamer Turns 1

1 year ago today YHC ran with Hollywood and Double Trouble.  We wanted to check out a potential new spot for long group runs.   We found the streets of Nexton to be an accomodating place.  Wide streets, minimal traffic, well lit, and a coffee spot built in for a little post run socializing.   Over the coming weeks and months this little spot would evolve from an informal group run gathering to an unofficial AO, to the biggest official AO in F3 Summerville/Goose Creek.  The simple format of showing up, running, biking, or rucking your miles and then hanging back for coffee afterwards turned out to be just a simple winner of an idea.

Today YHC was happy to be joined by 23 other like minded fools as we wished a happy birthday to the creamer.

Hot Tub had the speed record with a sub 4/mile burst at the end to humiliate YHC.
