The Thang:
PAX were instructed to grab two blocks and meet up around the orange bucket on the basketball court. YHC explained that each PAX would grab a piece of paper out of the bucket, and on that paper was an exercise and a rep count, and we would all do that exercise and number of reps. The following is the list of exercises that were completed and the rep count; however, the order is incorrect, as YHC was unable to keep track of said exercises. At one point there was at least four leg exercises in a row, which was terrible.

Devo:
YHC talked about James 2:14-26 Faith without works is dead. We have to be doing work with our faith instead of just keeping it to ourselves. YHC explained how inspiring the PAX are as they continue to HC and show up and do the work. You never know who you can lift up either at work, home, at a workout. YHC talked about how those in our home are impacted by whether we choose to do works through faith with out children and our wives. Those that we live with are directly impacted by our showing or lack thereof our faith through works. There are plenty of ways we can do works with our faith in our homes, our communities, our jobs, and at F3 with FNGs, as well, and as importantly, our regular PAX.
Moleskin:
YHC has been working hard at EHing several men that would benefit from F3 and F3 would benefit from as well. Today, two of those men made it to the ditch to see what F3 was all about, and all of the PAX were supportive and helpful in welcoming in the FNGs. I am so proud of what F3 continues to do for the men that continue to show up and HC, and do the stuff that we all get a chance to create out of our twisted minds. YHC will continue to EH other deserving men, and continue to push those that CTHT, as they push me to get better.
