The Thang:
YHC instructed everyone to get their reflective gear and/or lights and partner up. Stay by you partner regardless of what happens. YHC asked Recount to catch the six and remaining PAX were instructed to stay between YHC and Recount throughout. After everyone had partnered up and safety gear was on 5 merkins on Q. Form up and move out. Moseyed through parking lot and out to the CVS parking lot at corner of Mixson and E Montague. 5 merkins on Q; 10 squats on Q. Mosey to park circle. Once arrived cross park circle to the inner sidewalk. Mosey around park circle stopping at each road that comes into the circle and do the following exercises. Once we made a full lap around we headed back.

Moleskin: YHC wanted to take a field trip of sorts. This one may not have been as fun as the ones that were featured on Magic School Bus but it accomplished the goal. Big shout out to Mini Van for allowing us to borrow to the reflective gear from Faultline for this morning. Mumble chatter was low this morning. Lottalove was super excited when he found out the vest he borrowed from YHC pulsated instead of just a constant light. The funny thing about The Jones this time of year is that about halfway through the workout the sun starts rising. This made doing monkey humpers in the middle of park circle quite comical. PAX even got a little encouragement from a gentleman and his wife walking around park circle. He said “great job keep it moving you are doing great”. That felt good. Like having people watch you finish a race! Huge shoutout to Recount for picking up my six with his vest so bright it could be seen from the outer reaches of North Charleston. 10 PAX left on the field trip and 10 returned. Success. Welcome our FNG Freud. Freud is an occupational therapist who was brought to us by Suave one of our FNGs from Saturday. FNGs are what brings more FNGs. Great work this morning fellas.
