Moleskin – YHC is headed DR for most of the month, so decided to go ahead and get in a Birthday Q. Having been on/off of IR for the last few weeks, YHC was not sure how it would go. Sakrete promised the Pax that we would do Hand Release Merkins and Body Builders. No intent to do Body Builders, but YHC did not want to make the young man out to be a liar. As the Pax gathered, Wambach suggested we start with a Slaughter Starter and proceeded to describe said event to some of the uninformed. YHC waived off the idea as he knew there were better things to come. However, YHC did explain that to the Pax to thank Wambach for any misery that they may encounter during the BC as he was the Q when YHC was an FNG as well as the Q who convinced him to Co-Q. Running against the clock always brings out the best in the men. By having a partner and a clock measuring results, the Pax seemed to push themselves outside of their comfort zone. This also historically brings about spillage… Merlot spillage. With a race and 51 Burpees to start, Merlot was early and often as it seemed there was always someone with their head in the ditch. Quote of the day by Horshack “Three glasses of Merlot in two years of doing F3 and all three bought by Major Dad”. OUTSTANDING PUSH MEN!
