WARM UP:  20 Each IC SSH, Don Quioxte, Butt Kicks,  High Knees, Squat/March, Peter Parkers, T- Merkins

THE THANG:

Mosey to block pile grab one block.

Circuit 1:

Lawnmowers 20 IC Each Arm

Best Effort 60 yard sprint

Burpees x 12

Best Effort 60 yard sprint

Squats w/ Block x 20 with 2 second pause at bottom

Rinse and Repeat x 3

Circuit 2

Pull ups on table x 20

Lunge w/ block

Dips x 20

Box Jumps x 10

Rinse and Repeat

Mary:  WWI Situps  x 20, Flutter Kicks IC x 30, Low Plank 1 minute hold

Moleskin:  YHC was disappointed in the low turnout but Cold Cut and M&M  made up for the fart sackers by pushing to the limit.  Brothers where art thou?  Tectonic needs numbers and brothers to step up and Q.  Let’s Go!
