Moleskin: YHC was disappointed in the low turnout from one week ago and this week was only slightly better. The Terrible 20’s proved to be everything I remembered from my football conditioning days. Yes, they still suck! Of course, we sprinted 100 yards in between. For those counting, it equates to 210 reps of each exercise and 40 sprints. Similar to Black Jack except that your time between sprints reduced with each round. Brothers where art thou? Tectonic needs numbers and brothers to step up and Q. Let’s Go!
