- Hearts = Ruck Curls on Q
- Spades = Burpees on Q
- Clubs = Hand Release Merkins on Q
- Diamonds = Overhead Squats on Q
- Jokers = bear crawls to end of parking lot entrance and crab walk back
- Face Cards = 15 reps
- Aces = 20 reps
- If you draw two (or three, or four) of the same card in a row…that doubles, triples, or quadruples the total of that suit or suicide touch (if 2-6).
- Example: Draw a 9 of Spades (9 Burpees). Next card is a 9 of Clubs (18 Hand Release Merkins). Draw ANOTHER 9, Diamond, (27 Overhead Squats)

Moleskin: YHC had a sick plan and it was executed this morning. Hand Release Merkins, Burpees and Overhead Squats….what could be worse?? BEAR CRAWLS! Stalker had a nice chuckle when I mentioned that there were 2 jokers in the deck and he knew what it was going to be right away. Low and behold, the second or third card was a joker. There was no chuckling anymore after that. The worst back to back were two face cards of Burpees – 30 in a row is never fun. Great work men – although it was a deck of cards, it was intense with the ruck on!
