Intro: Today was the running of Accelerator’s monthly fitness test. YHC got swamped at work and nearly forgot about his preblast an hour before the workout. (New Record?) A few of our newer guys got their first crack at it.
8 stations for exercises are marked around Doty Park. Start at 15 reps and decrease 1 rep for each lap you complete. At these stations, these exercises were performed.
- Tricep Dip on the horseshoe pit wall
- Merkins at the bottom of the hill by the parking lot.
- Curls w/ block in the cage.
- Step ups (each leg) on the benches under the gazebo by Tremor.
- LBCs (4 count) beside playground.
- Latteral pull-ups on the jungle gym in the playground.
- Burpees by the bench
- Squat Jumps by the flag
The following is how the PAX did.
Hard Drive: 8.3 (New Record for the Incinerator)
Hotwire: 5.7 (PR for the year)
Green Thumb: 4.5 (PR for the year)
Motherboard: 6.1 (PR for the year)
Mom Swap: 6.5 (First time ran this year, has done it before)
Rolling Stone: 5 (First time running it)
Blackout: 5.6 (First time running it)
Thumper: 5.5 (First time running it)
Namerama: Cheetah, Hard Drive, Hotwire, Green Thumb, Rolling Stone, Thumper, Mom Swap, Motherboard (R), Blackout.

Moleskin: Once again, the regulars at Accelerator show up and proved to themselves that they are getting better. Several PRs and a new overall record. Can’t complain seeing that. Hard Drive came out and wanted to beat my record. Our competitiveness is something he and I have had for years, and F3 is a new way for us to kick up a notch. Now YHC has to shoot for the high score next month. See ya there!
