The Thang:
PAX were instructed to stay at the AO and run until 45 minutes were up. The Q was informed there was construction blocking our normal loop and may have been hazardous to our health, as we would have had to run on 52. Other PAX decided to keep on ruckin with those sandbags (-Sophia, +Chowdah).

Devo: Accountability. YHC talked about importance of accountability not only within F3 but in all areas of our lives. YHC expressed thanks for PAX continuing to hold him accountable. YHC also mentioned Q-school coming up and those who need to step up and start Q-ing for added accountability.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up!

Moleskin: As we began to get together, YHC noticed a car pulling up. YHC prayed and when the prayer was over, the guy in the car asks, “you guys come out here and run?” (or something similar). Before YHC could even think about saying anything, the PAX were all over informing and EHing this guy. He gave us his name and asked to send him a link through facebook. YHC is always impressed how the PAX are always willing to help another out! Will be great to see him out in the gloom!
