2 PAX decided to join YHC for classic beat down in the gloom at Tectonic. Fresh off of completing Peyton’s Wild and Wacky 10 x 5k last weekend, YHC was looking for a “fun” way to get a quality beast down in. 4 exercises and here we go.
COP
SSH x 10 IC
Burpees x 10 OYO
SSH x 10 IC
BBSU x 10 IC
Squat x 10 IC
Mosey to “Triangle”
Run to opposite corner, 10 Burpees
Run down to “point,” 20 BBSU
Run back to start, 30 Squat
Plank for Six
Pax give “10-count” recovery
Rinse and Repeat x 10 (with 30 recovery between round 5 & 6)
Mosey lap around triangle for “Devo”

Presentation is Everything – “If I told you at the beginning of the workout that we would run 2 miles, do 100+ burpees, 200+ BBSU, and 300+ squats, you would have “checked-out” mentally.” Broken up into small sections, and we never discussed how many rounds would be completed. The PAX just knew that the next task to complete was 1 round of 10 burpees, 20 BBSU, 30 squats. Once they knew this, they just settled in to the “suck” and got the job done.
