Head to block pile and grab a block each and meet on track. Sakrete shuffle to bleachers. Go up bleachers doing calf raises at each step increasing by two each step. Once first set was complete YHC called an audible and on next bleacher only do calf raises increasing by 1 each time. After completing 3 sets of bleachers YHC checked the time and called another audible. Originally we were going to do all bleachers on both sides of the track but time was not on our side. Sometimes thing just sound better in your head. Beta test= failed.
The remainder of the time we did things that made us sweat.

Moleskin: This was the second running of YHC baseball conditioning Q. One more is slated for the 31st @ Faultline. This was supposed to be the third running but Mother Nature had other ideas on Tuesday. Lottalove coined the exercise “SAKRETE SHUFFLE”. The original Sakrete Shuffle is a trip around the track going up and down each set of bleachers. YHC thought that carrying blocks and doing calf raises on each step would add to the Sakrete Shuffle. In reality, it ruined it. We won’t be doing that again on my watch. The details of the rest of the workout will be released after the final running at Faultline in a little over a week. Good work today gentleman. Good to see Hot Spot back out in the gloom after some time out of the country. Thank you for letting me lead guys. Keep Luigi and his M in your prayers as they just had their first 2.0. That guy has drank the Kool aid and has become addicted. In YHC pre blast Luigi provided a SC. I remember the first couple days home from the hospital and leaving to go workout at 0600 was not an option. YHC assured him that it was no need to rush back out to us we would be here when things at home were secured.
