The Thang:  Nexton is a Mecca of running at 5:00 a.m. So flat. So quiet. So flat. Today we were short a Q so YHC will stand in as the unofficial Q to post an official blackbast.

A PAX of took to the Nexton roads today. We all ran out for roughly 20 minutes, then turned around and ran back. It was glorious.

Moleskin:  It didn’t take us long to notice that we were short a Q. Chowdah is accounted for and fine. Just a slight misplacement of his phone / alarm clock on Thursday evening that resulted in some extra fart sack time for him. He was missed! Prayers lifted up for our running brothers taking on the different relays this past weekend.
