THE THANG:
Mosey to the Tectonic Triangle.
Sprint to first point of triangle and perform 10 burpees.
Sprint to second point of triangle and perform 20 4 Count flutter kicks.
Sprint to third point of triangle and perform 30 squats.
Rinse and Repeat (10 sets total)
Total: 100 burpees, 200 flutter kicks, 300 squats, and ~ 2 miles of running.
Moleskin: YHC and Cold Cut were the only members of the PAX when Hot Tub introduced us to this workout concept. YHC liked it sooooo much he wanted to share it. The premises is about perception and breaking down what appears to be very difficult tasks into those that can be accomplished. The PAX had no idea how many rounds we would complete but eventually everyone settled in and accepted each round one by one. When approached in this manner the perception of what can be accomplished is much different than telling everyone we were going to run 2 miles, perform 100 burpees, 200 flutter kicks and 300 squats.
