Intro: Around 2:30 this morning, I woke from a nightmare. I thought I slept through my alarm and was going to be late for my Q at Tectonic for the first time. So I set two more alarms just in case. I woke up on time, but was saddened that as the clock hit 5:00 I was still the only one there. I coulda gone home back to my dog and bed, but instead, I went and kicked my own ass to get my Monday started off right.

DEVO: As I did this workout on my own, there were times where I felt weak. Weaker than I normally would from a workout. The difference of not having someone else there to either encourage you, or vice versa makes an enourmous difference. It has given me a better appreciation of what we in F3 do for one another.
Accountability is another thing I reflected on while doing the workout. I haven’t ever had a workout by myself in F3. The temptation to leave was there, but what would happen if someone was just a bit late? What if an FNG just strolled in out from the shadows? I came out today to lead, and whether someone else showed up or not, I intended to complete my task.
Moleskin: Workout sucked. I really wish Bob The Builder showed up for those burpees🤣
