Intro: YHC ran a solo Q on Monday, today I wanted to try and lead the men at Tectonic again. I was not alone this morning!

Round 3:
This was supposed to be another fun round of Sally, but YHC’s phone didn’t want to play it. So we did this.
Starting on the concrete path between the farmhouse and Gazeebo. Do 1 Lunge Walk Step w/ block, do a burpee, continue process until you reach the small tree by the road.
Starting at the tree. Reverse Lunge Walk w/ block. (Modification was regular Lunge Walk) back to concrete path. Stow blocks when complete.
