The Thang:
Line up on the sidewalk and count off by 1’s and 2’s. The race is on! 1’sRun to the second wall at the horseshoe, touch it and run to the cage. 2’s Bear Crawl to the cage. This was not beta tested and apparently Bear Crawling the much shorter distance is significantly easier. 2’s Win and do 5 Pull-Ups each while 1’s each do 10 Pull-Ups.
Every man grab a block and line up to mosey to Jingles Hill.
At the hill, we execute 11’s with Block Swings and American Hammers.
Mosey back with the blocks.

Devo: Shared from a Maxwell devotional that I recently read regarding the need for a man to take seriously his primary responsibility of leading at home. The Biblical example used was Eli, one of Israel’s judges. While he was revered as a priest, he failed to discipline his sons and as a result, they ran wild with inappropriate behavior as adults. Don’t get so wrapped up in responsibilities outside of the home that you shirk your responsibilities of father and husband at home.
Moleskin: Jingles Hill never disappoints. Combined a few exercises, consistently provides a great workout with plenty of cardio and muscle work. The blocks were thrown in for good measure just to add an extra layer of suck to the running. Solid work by all men!
