WARM UP:  20 SSH IC, 20 TTT IC,  20 Imperial Walkers IC, 20 LBAC IC, 8 Count Body Builders x 10

THE THANG:

Mosey to the block pile.  Each member of the PAX takes one block.  Pax line up on the road.

  • 20 Lunges w/ Block(10/leg), Run 50 Meters, 10 Burpees, Run 50 Meters (5 Sets)
  • 20 Bent Over Rows, Run 50 Meters, 20 Monkey Humpers, Run 50 Meters (5 Sets)
  • 20 Squats w/ Block, Run 50 Meters, 20 Merkins, Run 50 Meters (5 Sets)
  • Stow Blocks

Moleskin:

YHC was pleased with the numbers for a Friday at Tectonic.  I did not account for the number of bridge runners when I planned the workout.  They improvised as appropriate to save their legs for Saturday.
