Intro: An endurance test is always fun to do with the PAX, especially this time since I wore my Ruck to get ready for upcoming GORUCK events.

THANG: Pick a starting point and wait for the signal. Starting at 15 reps, run to each of the 8 stations around Doty Park, do an exercise. Upon completion of one full lap, drop the reps down by 1.
Tricep Dips, Merkins, Curls, Step ups (each leg), 4 count LBCs, Lateral Pull ups, Burpees, and Squat Jumps.
