So the title of this BB is true, but has nothing to do with the workout. It just has to do with the fact that YHC is an idiot and/or really bad at looking for things. Perhaps it will be click bait to attract readers to the BB…

50 LBCs, 40 Squats, 30 Curls For the Girls, 20 Merkins, 10 Burpees and lap around the Track. Complete three circuits.
PAX holds People’s Chair on the wall while one man executes 10 Pull-Ups. Rotate all the way through to give each man a turn.

Devo: Shared from a recent devotion I ready written by John Maxwell titled “Invest to Empower.” The Biblical example was Barnabas and discussed how he was an advocate for Paul after his conversion to Christianity. The topic was investing in those around you to help them become better leaders. I applied this to our work and our homes. Don’t get too caught up in your daily tasks that you forget to make people a priority. Developing leaders among your team only serves to make the entire organization better.
Moleskin: The fellas at The Jones never disappoint. We got some tough brothers out there, and today was another example as we knocked out a tough workout together. I meet someone new almost every time I go out so it is great to see the AO growing. I encourage all the PAX to go out and check out what is going on at The Jones soon.
