Warm-up: any farting your did in your car before getting out
The Thang: Run to the first cross street and turn left NASCAR style, and continue to do so around the block until you get to the start. Keep going, but this time go up to the 2nd cross street. Keep growing your route until you hit the train tracks, then starting bringing the route back down.
Moleskin: It was good to see some of the Goose Creek Pax in the ‘ville (Snowden and Stringbean sans ruck). As always, it’s great running with Peg, Bellator, and Myrtle.
