Intro: YHC brought the monster mile to the Jones, with the new variations of burpees I’ve learned over the last few weeks. YHC and Bed Pan also brought several coupons for the Jones to keep since they have been on limited supply for a while.
COP: Unload the heavy stuff from Bed Pan’s and YHC car and place under bleachers. Grab block.
THANG: Monster Mile.
5 stations were marked around the track with the 5th being back at the start. To begin, the PAX at station one would complete the exercise. Then with the block, jog to station two. Perform an exercise there, and then jog back to station one to complete its exercise again. The PAX would then go to station three, then station two, and back to one. The process would continue through station 5.
The exercises were done OYO:
- Station One: Contra Burpee x5
- Station Two: Glockee x10
- Station Three: Uneven Burpee x15
- Station Four: Up/Down Burpee x20
- Station Five: Burpee x25
Stow Blocks upon completion
- American Hammers x15 IC
- Flutterkicks x15 IC
- Hanging Crunches on goal posts x10 IC
- High Plank-held for roughly 2 minutes.

Moleskin: Roughly a 1.25 Miles were ran but with the block the entire time which made it feel so much longer. Also 175 burpees were done too. While we were doing Flutterkicks, as YHC counted, gnats attacked and some were eaten. Which Lotta Love said “It’s okay, gnats have protein”. Hooray?
