The Thang:
Start by completing the loop and once around, look for the lamppost and right before you start uphill, get in 8 burpees. Get up the “hill” and continue around the other loop, and when you get to the straightaway, hit the gas and go all out back to the first loop.
Rinse and repeat until time is called.
Numberama and namarama were not completed this morning as YHC spaced out and forgot.

YHC just came back from the Men’s Hike and spoke briefly about the experience and explained how God was present and made an impact on the men. YHC talked about the fire the was started from the hike and spoke on Psalms 31:3 For you are my rock and my fortress; and for your name’s sake you lead me and guide me. YHC talked about leaning in on God and letting Him guide us throughout our lives.
Moleskin:
YHC was not on top of standards this morning. Disclaimer was not given, namearama and Numberama was not done. YHC knows better and will continue to get better by choosing the harder thing and getting it right. As Q’s, we must hold ourselves to the standards we expect everyone else to meet.
