COP – SSH x 10, TTT x 10, DQ x 10, Smoker (10 Body Builders, Bear Crawl to sidewalk, run around triangle back to sidewalk. Each man grab a block and two bricks from the truck.
THANG – Three men working while one man runs around triangle. First couple of laps were bare, then with a block and finally with two blocks. Each man rotated stepping up and leading while the Q was running his lap. Jump back in to the beat down after finishing your lap. Some of our exercises (all done in cadence or on Q); one arm block curls, regular curls, tricep extensions, squats, squats with the block, X and O, X and O with a block, circular Merkins; one arm on block and rotating around circle. Rinse and Repeat until time was up. We did all of them!
