Grab 1 tire and 2 bricks and meet by goal post
Toss all tires over the goal post while remaining PAX perform Front and Side Delt raises with bricks, OYO AMRAP.
Plank walk around your tire (hands on it) with merkin. 3 rotations OYO.
Grab Tire and mosey to the track
Tire Squats ATG (10 reps) on Q
– Push Tire (like sled) for 20 yards.
Over Head Press with tire (10 reps) on Q
– Push Tire (like sled) for 20 yards.
Tire Squats ATG (9 reps) on Q
– Push Tire (like sled) for 20 yards.
Over Head Press with tire (9 reps) on Q
– Push Tire (like sled) for 20 yards.
Tire Squats ATG (8 reps) on Q
– Push Tire (like sled) for 20 yards.
Over Head Press with tire (8 reps) on Q
– Push Tire (like sled) for 20 yards.
Tire Squats ATG (7 reps) on Q
– Push Tire (like sled) for 20 yards.
Over Head Press with tire (7 reps) on Q
