Each of pax calls out an ab exercise and along with Q calls it in cadence:
V ups, mountain climbers, LBC, box cutters, mosquito slappers, flutter kicks, American hammer
Courage to Protect:
Workout in tennis court. The fence represents one way to protect your marriage…put up boundaries to protect your marriage. Ex: never be alone with another woman that is not your wife.
4 corners escalator
10 burpees, 20 heels to heaven, 30 merkins, 40 squats
Courage to resist temptation:
Temptation comes in many flavors….the mind justifies what the heart desires….so guard your heart. One temptation is to cheat…you might justify you have just done a lot of merkins…why do you need to do more…..we will break up into separate locations 20-30 yards apart and OYO do 200 merkins…what is 1 thing we could do here to help you resist temptation? Accountability partner
Pair up, go to remote site away from others and complete OYO 100 merkins each (modify if you must but do them all)
Courage to believe:
Many treat God like a spare tire…pull out in emergency and put back in the trunk
Trust God .
One good way to fight off a spare tire is cardio…suicides on tennis court
