Intro: qic had to DD this morning at seismic, so i wanted to keep it simple today

TTT ic 10, SSH 25 ic, stretches runners, hammy, glute
The Thang:
burpee battle started at 7 reps in a minute w timer
escalated from there, got all the way to 14 reps w everyone still involved. i think, egos too, as no one wanted to be the first one out. bedpan went out though i know he had more. qic only made 11 on round 15
after 15 i jumped up to 20 reps and all that made it was j5 and harddrive. at 21, j5 was crowned as he was the only finisher. hes a beast, we call him champ
we then commenced major dads football/marine drill where we had agressors v. defenders push chest to chest or shoulder to shoulder as the aggressor tried to drive the defender back to his end zone and the defender tries to stop him and hold his ground
we had 4 teams of 2. ran out of time after 2 rounds each, but everyone got a chance to be on both offense and defense
