Indian run fallout with 10 merkins (basically the “death march” except I cannot bring myself to call running and doing a workout a death march, as the people in the real death march experienced much much worse.
parking garage. deconstructed burpees x10
reverse bear crawl up ramp, jog to next ramp, broad jump up it, jog to next rev, bearcrawl and repeat til top
at top 9 Dec burpees, wave of merkins. down a flight for 8 then wave of merkins. til we reached 6. Finally a merkin AMRAP
