- Tricep Extensions with block 10x on Q
- While Partner 1 is doing the exercise, partner 2 is reverse shuffling around the circle. Once you hit the road, forward shuffle to the parking lot entrance and back to the flag.
- Stow block and return to flag.

- YHC has never been through a dora workout before at Magnitude and decided it was time to change that. This was a gasser, but thanks to KY and his 30# he gave me, it was even tougher then originally planned.
