Grab a block and take a lap around the park.

THANG

10 curls for the girls. Up the reps each time by 10 until you reach 50 reps. Follow each set with 15 step ups each leg on the picnic tables. Plank until 6 is finished.

10 Magoos. Up the reps each time by 10 until you reach 50 reps. Follow each set with 15 step ups each leg on the picnic table. Fall in with 6 and finish with them.

10 merkins. Up the reps by 10 until you reach 50 reps. Follow each set with one lap around the tennis court near the gazebo.
