The Thang:
Round 1 catch me if you can group bear crawls while last person falls out and 2 does 10 merkins all the way around the side walk.
When you get back to the pits do 50 dips, 50 glutes up abs up, and 20 seal jacks, 20 merkins
Round 2 lunge walk around courts while last person falls out and does 10 seal jacks
Back to pits you do dips, narrow merkins, glutes up abs up
Old flame drill
Mary: dying cockroach, box cutters, flutter kicks the hundred
Moleskin: this workout looked hard on paper….and it was! Space cowboy turned 41 today and he made it out prior to going on vacation!!
