Mosey to block pile…grab 2 cinder blocks and head to the tennis courts.
11s—Merkins and Overhead press!! Separated by a farmers carry with both blocks to opposite side of the courts. Once 11s are complete, find a brother and partner up.

Jail break (sprint) to other side of tennis courts, then jail break back.
Mosey to the fence for People’s chair. 30 second people’s chair with 1 cinder block on chest. 15 second people’s chair with cinder block overhead.
Balls to the wall for 30 seconds (on fence)
STOW BLOCKS and jail break back to the flag!
