PAX were instructed to run around the loop and once they get to the light at the second right, complete 8 Burpees. Continue up the hill and around the municipal bldg, and at the next right, sprint back to the loop.

Rinse and repeat until q calls time.

YHC talked about how the new puppies have been a challenge at home. YHC was not on board with getting dogs, and caught himself saying I told you so everytime they did something wrong in or to the house. yHC prayed about situation and one puppy was given away to a friend, while the other puppy stayed. yHC made a decision to lead this puppy instead of taking a back seat and pointing fingers. God has been placing YHC in leadership roles and pushing out of his comfort zone.
