18 Strong for Round 1 of the two round Goose beat down this week at Seismic.  Not a lot of mumble chatter, hmm?

Conditions: 73 degrees, humid, no wind

COP: Imperial Walker x20 IC

Thang:  Form PAX into two columns and mosey to the RxR Tracks.  Execute a double Jingles Hill 11s.  Burpees on the South end, Iron Cross on the North end.  Pause at the intersection (about mid way) each leg and execute 10 Plank Jacks IC.  Form PAX into two columns and mosey back to the flag.

Mary:  Not much time for Ole Mary, WWII sit ups x35 on Q

Moleskin:  Great push by all men.  I had hoped for a legs and lungs burn in Round 1, i think I succeeded.
