Fourteen (14) men posted for the second and final round of YHC’s week of fun.

Conditions: Soupy humid, 75 degrees, no wind, wet ground

COP: Imperial Walker x20 IC, Mountain Climbers x20 IC, Monkey Humpers x20 IC

Thang:  PAX buddy-up with like size mate.  Mosey to the cones set 30 yards apart.  1.  20 hand release Merkins, buddy bear crawl, 20 squats, switch position, buddy bear crawl back.  2. 20 hand release Merkins, wheel barrel, 20 squats, switch positions, wheel barrel back.  3. 20 hand release Merkins, empty wheel barrel, 20 squats, switch position, empty wheel barrel back. 4. 20 hand release Merkins, low crawl, 20 squats, low crawl.

Mosey to the tennis courts.  1. 2 “Staying Alives” touching each line across both courts, 20 crunches on the fence w/ arms up, 20 crunches on the fence with hands behind head, 2. 2  “Staying Alives” 25 WWI sit-ups, 25 WWII sit-ups. 3. 4 cross court sprints, 20 pendulums, 20 crunches. 4. 4 cross court sprints , six inches.  Mosey back to the flag.
