Temperature was mid 70 and the AO was soggy thanks to the sprinkler system and tons of rain recently.

Count, Name, Announce, Pledge, Devo – In F3 we often discuss accountability and normally it is in the context of holding our brothers accountable or requesting a brother to hold us accountable. We rarely discuss holding ourselves accountable. It’s easy to make excuses, play the victim, feel a sense of entitlement or procrastinate, but do we hold ourselves accountable. Do we hold ourselves accountable for how we treat our M, our 2.0s, co- workers or the people in our community? Do we live an honest life worthy of being counted on as an accountability partner to our brothers? Or do we merely want to hold others accountable with no recourse for our indiscretions? MEN, WE NEED TO CHALLENGE OURSELVES TO HOLD THE MAN IN THE MIRROR TO A HIGHER STANDARD THAN THE MAN ON THE STREET.
Moleskin – As the Q sheet was open, YHC decided he would take it sense he had been IR for the better part of a week or so. At the last BC, YHC offered up that he would like men to go ahead and HC now as this BC would make the historically brutal INFERNO look like a stroll in the park. Concept was pretty simple, remove the easy parts of the INFERNO and replace with “suck”. When lunge walking was required, the Pax simply moved on to the next exercise. After each round, instead of moseying around the farm house (the mosey is historically when Pax catch their breath before more Burpees), the Pax lined up for a series of jail breaks. Although the suck was real, the group was able to complete several rounds of the Inferno. The men encouraged and pushed each other nearly to the breaking point. The added Jail Breaks upped the suck factor as did the bricks. Great push by all of the men who fought the FOO as well as fought the Inferno this morning. Proud to serve, Major Dad #PIMW
