Intro: YHC, started out the door and noticed it was cool and a bit moist. Excited for the heat to break for a day of a run.

Weather:  68 Cool and humid

FNGs:  non (sad face) EHs are in progress daily

The Thang:

We ran the normal 4 mile loop back wards. It works out better cause you do not have to stare at car lights as long if you go that way.  Snowden through a sneak attack in and said lets sprint.  This was do to the Q saying he was racing his kid and fastest pace was a 4’17’ min mile.  Who knew.

So we sprinted a good 500 yrds , crappy part is that this was in the first part of the run on mile 1. 3 more to do after the hard sprint .. don’t know how fast we went but the Q was hurting the last mile.

Gru was the sleeper in the group only a month or so in to this F3 thing and he tore off from his 9 30 pace to sub 8. Or that what it looked like in the back of the herd. from what I heard Snowden was saying he was a dick for going so fast. Good job gru wee woo has competition.

always good to see TKO for his appearance while he runs from home and cuts out early. duty always calls when he shows up.

prayed for Malichi wee-w00s nephew who was born and having problems praying for him to heal and recover, TKOs friend who has cancer and water on his lung and heart.

DEVO- So you ever see a duck sitting in the rain, yeah me too. when it rains ducks has this stuff on their feathers and I guess all birds that lets the water run right off. This is how you need to treat life. Just let it roll off sometimes. You never know why that driver was being a buthole, or why your boss was screaming or why that gas attendant was rude. Maybe their family is sick, maybe they were up all night in the hospital, maybe they were late for work ( we’ve all been there). It is hard but try to turn the other cheek, or bring it up and say you know I notice you are super not your self what is going on (that is hard). But just let it roll off your back like water on a duck.

Moleskin: Good to run with you all , we did it so fast we had a min to stretch. I know that is sacralidge but we did it.
