Intro: YHC did a variation of this at Magnitude. It sucked so much I wanted to do it again, but harder.

Imperial Walkers x15 IC
Shoulder Taps x15 IC

Grab a total of 15 blocks, space them out to where the stretch the entire grass field.
THANG:
Round 1: At each block, increase the rep of Merkins starting at 1. Lunge Walk to get to the next block. (In total you should do 120 Merkins).
Round 2: Squats at the block, Bear Crawl in between.
Round 3: Suicide/Stayin Alives. Go to the first block and back, then second block and back and so on.
Round 4: Burpees at the block, Sumo Squat in between.
