Intro:  The first and most important step in starting any endeavor is to show-up. In fact, showing-up is half the battle. Once there, you almost always do the work.

8 men showed-up and took action.

Disclaimer: Given.

Warmup: LBAC to overhead clap, Squats to monkey humpers, mountain climbers to shoulder taps.

Thang: All of the exercises were performed as supersets – reduce the resistance when you must, but keep moving.

Pullups – do as many as possible, then hang as long as possible, then drop down and do Carolina drydocks.

Curls – use 2 blocks, then 1 block, then 2 bricks.

OHP – use 1 block, then 2 bricks, then air presses.

Situps – use 1 block, then bricks, then no bricks.

Merkins – do Pop-Tart merkins, then inclined merkins, then inclined merkins from your knees.

Tri Extensions – use 1 block, then do dips, then 2 bricks.

Next, line all of the bricks and blocks on the goal line, and divide into two teams. From bases about 15 yards away on both sides of the goal, run to the goal line and push a block or brick onto the opposing teams side of the line. Run back to the base and repeat. For two burpees, you can push two blocks. Time was called after 2 minutes.

Losers stow all 32 blocks and bricks. Winners take a slow jog around the track.

Devo:   Humans stand on 2 legs to better see our surroundings. We have a brain that can process complex stimuli and data better than any super computer. We have fingers and opposable thumbs to grasp objects. We have an Achilles tendon – only running animals have an Achilles. We can breathe while we run, and while we are not fast, we can run much further than most animals. As humans, we were uniquely created to be in motion and for action. Be a man of ACTION today.
