A mosey / Indian Run around Summerville, bricks in tow, stopping at Huger Park, the Concrete Beast, and few other spots for PT inclusive of Pull-Ups, Swing Merkins, Step-Ups, Big-Boy Sit-Ups, Tricep Extensions, Hammer Curls, Overhead Claps, Overhead Presses, Flutter Kicks, 90 degree Crunches, Balls to the Wall, and Brickees.

Devo: YHC got the PAX back to the AO late so devo was bypassed this morning.
Moleskin: With the exception of returning to the AO a few minutes late, today’s workout felt great. Grits clocked us at just under three miles before all was said and done. Carrying the bricks the entire time certainly added an additional layer of suck. The PAX were pretty quiet on the last ¾ mile trek back to the AO. A lot of breathing and very little mumble chatter.
