Warmup:

SSH, butt kicks,hammy stretch, hip flexor stretch, mountain climber

 

The Thang:

4 corners around the outside of the courts

Hand release merkins start at 5 go up to 20 then descend

 

Short track with blocks

Blocks on the corner, run short track of courts near blocks, when you return do

40 curls and 30 overhead press and 20 squats with block,  10 seal jack IC.  Run around courts and repeat

 

 

 

Burpee suicides start with 2 and go up by 2 each time…should start with 2 and finish with 18

 

 

 

Mary:  glutes up abs up, the hundred
