The PAX grabbed a block each from our secret squirrelly hiding spot that is only known to those who guard its location with our lives and the fear of losing even more coupons (It has been theorized that Snowden is responsible after a vet incriminating photo was posted of a new block found outside his residence.)
The PAX then lined up with nearest light pole and were instructed to began a series of sets and repetitions to best burn out opposing muscle groups and to make our runners happy there would be a 20 yard sprint down and back between each exercise.

More or less this was an opportunity to say thank you to everyone who continues to push and pray for one another daily. I also shared an encounter of selflessness from one of my church youth that I learned from from being apart of F3. To find someone new, make them feel welcome, and take them under your wing for a time to learn and grow. You men have never it just supportive in my life but will affect generations to come. Thank you!
