Intro: YHC took this Q from Dri Prime for the sole reason of being the last Q for Hard Drive and Bed Pan as both are moving this weekend. YHC brought them into the fold, and wanted to lead them out.

Weather: Rainy, then moistly humid.

COP: Step Ups till stragglers got in.

THANG: On the Fly

Originally YHC had a nice workout he wanted to try out. Weather made that difficult to do as leaving the AO become a bad idea with lightning. So YHC just made it up as I went. Too the best of my ability to remember after two beers #lightweight here is what we did.

Round 1: Go grab a block and return to Gazebo.

Merkins x20 On Q

Squats x20 On Q

Curls x20 On Q

Tricep Extension x 20 On Q

OHP x20 On Q

Play Rock Paper Scissors. Loser grabs a log. Logs were water logged (Ha) by the rain.

Round 2: Pairing up, one person was on the log, the other block. Swap upon completion.

Chest Press w/log, Bent over rows? x20

Curls w/log, Tricep Dip on bench x20

Landmines w/log, Big Boy sit ups? X20 as a 4 count

Log Flip about 10-15 yards and back, Glockies till you swap.

Rock Paper Scissors. Loser puts up log.

Round 3: Speed Dora by Horseshoe pit

Person running would run to nearest wall and back and then furthest wall and back, then swap with person doing the exercise.

Pledge Prayer Announcements

Moleskin: Informed the PAX about Hard Drive and Bed Pan leaving. Also that my brother, Blackout, is moving in mid August to North Carolina. Bed Pan is moving to Goose Creek. He should be in good hands there. Hard Drive is moving to West Ashley and will join ranks with F3 Charleston.
