Each man grab 2 blocks and place equal-ish distance apart spanning the grassy field (16 in total)
Do a movement chosen by the Q to each block. Once there perform an exercise chosen by Q. Increase the rep at each block. Rep wise that is 136 in total.
R1: Lunge Walk and Merkin
R2: Suicides. Go to the block and run back then go to the next one in line. Continue till you’ve gone to all 16.
R3: BearCrawl and Squat
