The Thang:
YHC brought toys from home to complete a dora/elevator style workout. PAX grabbed a tire, a bucket of sand, a 45lb plate, 50 lb ruck, and a keg and headed toward the b ball court. PAX partnered up and performed the following exercises while their partners picked up toys and carried around tennis court while some chose to flip the tire to the end of the b ball court and back.

300 4 count Flutter Kicks (a lot more than 300)

100 WWI situps

YHC talked to PAX about pushing through life, work, home, working out. Times are going to be hard, but not always. Continue to drive to get through whatever you go through and lean on God through it all. There are plenty of people going through life that cant get over what they have gone through and for some, they choose to be stuck and wont push through and get better. We must lean on each other and help one another through life. YHC talked to the PAX about how one thing that can improve is for PAX to hang out outside of workouts but YHC is just as guilty as everyone else at life getting in the way. 6 of the PAX made it a point to go to breakfast and have some 2nd F.
