The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership.

We ran almost 4 miles, that is all. Wee-woo and TKO were the Rabbits this round.

Devo: talked about what it is to be a man, how it is different depending on who you ask. but living as close to god as you can , and doing the right thing as much as you can is important and pretty much will sum it up for any one you talk to. We are not perfect, we do not always do the right thing or make the right choices but do our best and ask for forgiveness.

Also hard choices are hard to make. seems like the past week devos have been about making life choices, some times you have to let god lead you. But always remember if he didn’t think you could do it, he would present the opportunity to you. !! TKO told a bad joke about brownies.

Moleskin:   Sucks but Gru will be leaving us in the winter time, he is tranfering to NY (no F3 there until he starts it.) brother keep coming till you leave though.
