COP – Indian run approximately .5 miles to Alston Middle school. Men divided into groups of three of similar weight for remainder of BC. Burpees X 16 on Q, AMRAP Accountability Merkins X 3 sets, Arm Circles, Monkey Humpers X 15 X 2 sets, Hand Release Merkins X 20. Adjourn to grassy area. Men reminded of opportunity to do alternate work out beginning now or at any time during the beat down.
THANG – Men encouraged to work hard to make their partners better men. Cones in a line for each group of three men. One nerf ball placed 5 yards away from the cone in one direction and a marker was placed 15 yards in the other direction. Timer set at I minute and 15 seconds with 15 second reset between each round. All three men start at cone. Man number 3 (crawler) Bear Crawls to marker and back. Man number 2 (aggressor) is on his knees facing the ball 5 yards away. Man number 1 (defender) gets on his knees chest to chest with man number 2. Man number 2 has 1 minute and 15 seconds to reach the ball 5 yards away while man number 1 attempts to stop him. If man number 2 reaches the ball, he is rewarded by not having to complete the Bear Crawl for that round. Alarm sounds after one minute 15 seconds, rotate to next numerical position. Rinse and Repeat. Safety brief and demonstration provided before commencement. Intent is to “lock up” chest to chest with your partner and man handle him as you impose your will upon him or deny him access to advance to the ball. No hitting, slapping, choking, standing, wrestling holds etc. Manhandle your partner and make him stronger. IMPOSE YOUR WILL! Indian run with your group back to the flag.

Moleskin – The numbers were up as 26 men posted as part of F3 Charleston’s “Tour de Charleston”. No men chose the alternate workout, but some did provide odd looks as the Q explained the work out. The Burpees and Merkins were a great way to get loose and get the blood flowing for the main event. CHEAT YOURSELF TODAY AND YOU MAY FIND YOURSELF IN SOME VERY COMPROMISING POSITIONS. This was a total body beat down as men tried to impose their will upon each other. Mumble chatter died down after a few rounds. Thanks to all of the men for embracing their brothers and the workout for the purpose of which was intended; make your brother better. IRON SHARPENS IRON!
