WEATHER:  Hot and Humid

WARM UP:  20 SSH IC, 20 TTT IC, 20 LBAC IC (Forward and Backwards), The Tectonic Smoker (10 Burpees, Bear Crawl to Road, Run Around Triangle)

THE THANG: CHUTES AND LADDERS

Battle Buddies alternate exercises climbing the ladder in multiple specified (5,10,15 etc).  When one of the pair fails to achieve the number of reps for the next rung (need to get 25 but can only get 22), then you “Go Down the Chute” and start over at the bottom.  When one individual can’t complete the number of reps for the first rung (ex: 5 reps), you are done with that exercise.

Perform merkins in multiples of 5 and oyster table pull ups in multiples of 5.

Climb ladder until failure as described above or informed to recover by Q.

6 Inches and Flutter Kicks (Each PAX performs 20 Flutter Kicks in Cadence while remaining Pax hold 6 inches)

COT/BOM: nameorama, pledge, announcements, prayer

Moleskin:  What appeared to be a simple workout to those never experiencing YHC’s chutes and ladders workout, quickly turned into a grind session.  The PAX made it to 25 of each exercise before the ladder rungs started to get lower and lower.  Coldcut turned into beast mode and ended the misery by grunting out 20 reps when everyone else was smoked.
