The Thang: Pax were told to pick their group: the rabbits (run 9:30 or longer) or the foxes (run 9:30 or faster). The rabbits did the standard stadium loop. If you don’t know what that is, then you need to be coming to Tremor more often. The foxes started by running around the tennis courts of Doty then started the stadium loop. When rounding the stadium, instead of turning right on Main street, cross over Main and add a little extra distance in the neighborhood. This puts you back out a little bit down Main by Rollings Middle School. Then continue back to the AO.

Moleskin: YHC played with this route recently and thought it’d be a nice motivator for the pax of Tremor to push themselves a little regardless of the group they were in. The downside for YHC was a watch update yesterday that reset his preferences on his watch. This took away some key datapoints like pace. It’s scientifically proven that one cannot run without at least 7 datapoints available at all times. Look it up. That plus the return of the humid weather plus running with the fast foxes took a toll, so there was walking involved, and I’m ok with it. Any how, everyone returned in good times.
