THANG: The Venom Can
J5’s Venom Can never disappoints. In fact, the first exercise to start off the can was 30 burpees. Soon after 50 LBCs to say a few exercises. These are with rucks which added heavily to the suck. If you would like to experience the can, just let me know and I’ll gladly come bring the pain.

MOLESKIN: Durinh the workout, there were 3 confirmed kills. However, when I went to kill the 3rd spider with a cinder block. The unknown babies started to crawl everywhere. As an arachnophobe, YHC was not a happy camper. YHC proceeded to do a few minutes of the workout away from the kill zone. I’m not tempting fate today.
