Each of the PAX preformed an exercise while the other swam 2 links
50 wall pushups while the other did 1 link freestyle 1 link butterfly
100 squats while the other did 1 link freestyle 1 link breast stroke
200 2 count flutter kicks while the other did 2 links freestyle
Up downs started at 1 and worked our way up to 5
Tread water 5 minuets while alternating arm out of the water
